Wednesday 20th September 2006, London, UK

Although most Telecoms companies have the essential components in place to effectively identify and manage risk, a lot of them are still struggling to overcome the significant gaps and inconsistencies of the company’s overall risk coverage. Companies need to learn to realign the risk management approach in a strategic way and to prioritise the risk function to senior management. This workshop will explore the basic requirements and the practicalities of the ERM framework in order to maximise and unify the risk management system. Also, delegates will learn how to present and prioritse risk to senior executives and how to draw lessons out of risk events and key processes.
