The aim of this workshop is to update risk, fraud and other professionals involved in the telecom sector with respect to evolving NGN risks, practical techniques for risk modelling, and case studies on current and possible future issues. The workshop will include both presentations by key industry professionals and round-table sessions in which real-life cases will be reviewed and discussed.

About your workshop leaders

Mark Johnson, Chairman, TRMG
Mark has been involved in various areas of risk, security, fraud, credit management and revenue assurance since the late 1970s.  He has previously been engaged as the Head of Fraud Control at Cable & Wireless plc, and was subsequently responsible for specifying several of the industry’s telecom fraud management solutions. Since 1997 Mark has provided services to both operators and vendors through his own business, which is now part of the Telecom Risk Management Group of companies (‘TRMG’).

 

Eoin Leahy, Senior Consultant, TRMG
Workshop NGN Expert
Eoin ia an experienced Executive Manager with CTO, General Manager, Programme Director, Product Manager, Development Manager, Strategy & Consultancy experience. Working with Company Boards and Executive Management (CTO, SVP, Snr. Director) Eoin has been responsible for the successful delivery of significant business, IT and infrastructure programmes. Over the past several years Eoin has worked mostly in the telecoms industry. The primary focus of his work has been in the Business Support Systems domain.
