Shlomi Drori, CPA (ISR):
Formerly Cellcom's risk management section manager, for the last two years Shlomi Drori had led the implementation of the risk management framework from a basic idea to a best practice solution. In this role Shlomi was responsible for setting risk management policy, adopting professional methods, creating effective tools, educating managers through a series of internal workshops, building Cellcom’s key risks maps and mitigation plans, and developing methods for drawing actionable lessons out of events. He is an Israeli CPA, and before working for Cellcom he was a professional in internal and investigational auditing for five years. He also has 13 years’ experience in logistics and techno-logistic operating. Today he is the CFO and COO of Tadsec, an international company specialising in advanced homeland security technologies.
Yael Calo-Mor:
Yael Calo-Mor was the head of the finance and risks department of Cellcom, the leading wireless operator in Israel, for the last six years. In this capacity, she was responsible for finance management and collection and insurance, including relations with banks and insurance companies worldwide. She also specialised in the rationalisation and management of financial processes as well as the professional management of currency exposures and hedging, and was in charge of implementing the unique and major operational risk management project at Cellcom. Before that, she was the treasurer of a leading telecommunications company in Israel. At present, Yael is a finance and risk management consultant. She has a BSc. in mathematics and an MBA specialising in finance and marketing.
